Technical Requirements and Device Compatibility
For smooth and secure technical implementation of the certified video consultation, doctors and psychotherapists need an internet-capable device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer with camera, microphone, and speaker. The connection must be end-to-end encrypted to meet IT security requirements according to Annex 31b BMV-Ä. An integrated system check ensures that all technical requirements are met before the video consultation begins according to § 365 SGB V.
Data Protection, Consent, and Legal Framework
The use of MeetOne complies with applicable data protection regulations. Before first use, consent from patients is obtained to legitimize the processing of personal data within the video consultation. The platform meets the requirements of Annex 31b to the Federal Framework Agreement for Physicians (BMV-Ä) and is recognized as a certified video service provider through appropriate certificates and documentation. Certification is carried out in cooperation with the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV) and the GKV-Spitzenverband.
Billing, Reimbursement, and Legal Regulations
Services provided through MeetOne are fully billable and can be billed according to EBM and GOÄ. This enables transparent reimbursement for telemedicine services provided. Billing is in accordance with the requirements of the GKV-Spitzenverband and takes into account current regulations. Surcharges may be claimed for certain services, particularly for exclusive video treatment in a quarter.
Integration and Customization Options
MeetOne offers a flexible API for integration into existing practice software. Individual customizations can also be made to meet the specific requirements of different video consultation providers. The platform supports various video consultation procedures according to § 365 SGB V and integrates seamlessly into existing technology infrastructures.

Psychotherapeutic Services via Video
With MeetOne, psychotherapeutic consultations and trial sessions can be conducted according to the Psychotherapy Guideline. It should be noted that particularly the first trial session and consultation should generally take place in person. Psychotherapeutic services are also billable and can be provided within the video consultation, provided the patients are already known to the practice.
