Security by Design
Patient data is subject to medical confidentiality. Truly secure protection of this sensitive data is ensured through encryption using a recognized method. This also complies with legal requirements: As long as unauthorized persons have no access to readable data, there is no risk of misuse even in the event of data loss.
MeetOne follows the principle of data minimization and only stores data that is absolutely necessary for using the application. Data is encrypted and stored securely in Germany.

End-to-End Encryption
MeetOne ensures maximum security through the use of individual keys for each practice to encrypt and decrypt sensitive data before it leaves the computer. These keys are negotiated directly between video consultation participants at runtime, so all communication data is optimally protected against attacks and eavesdropping. Even MeetOne has no access to your data, as it can only be decrypted on the participants' devices. This highly secure method of data transmission is called end-to-end encryption.
Optimal Availability
Our servers with sensitive data are attractive targets for malware and attackers and therefore require constant monitoring and maintenance. Through automation, we ensure continuous updating of the server and application software used. This process is monitored by a monitoring system that immediately alerts when anomalies occur. This allows us to react quickly and ensure application availability.
Redundant Storage
All data is stored redundantly and distributed across multiple data centers in Germany. Our data centers are ISO 27001 certified, guaranteeing secure protection of your confidential data. Thanks to professional technology, data is better protected against theft, accidents, or disasters than in your practice premises. Even if an entire data center fails, practice operations continue smoothly thanks to server and data center redundancy.
Cryptographic Encryption
MeetOne secures all personal data during transmission using SSL encryption to ensure maximum protection against unauthorized access. As soon as data leaves your device, it is encrypted by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and securely transmitted to the data center. There, the data continues to be stored encrypted. Through this advanced technology, even our system and database administrators cannot decrypt your data, as the necessary key is not present in the data center.
Additionally, video consultation communication data is always transmitted directly between participants and never reaches MeetOne's servers. This keeps your communication completely private and secure.
